How to Make Potato Juice?

In order to make potato juice follow the steps given below; (Always prefer organic potatoes)

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes

  • 2 cups water

  • Other vegetables like spinach, cabbage

Method

  • Make sure that potatoes are thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed before using.

  • Cut the potato into small pieces, leaving the skin on.

  • The put potato & water in to the processor and process for at least 2 to 3 minutes.

  • Now strain the blended material with a sieve.

  • Refrigerate potato juice for a while.

  • Stir well before serving
