Bayer wins ‘Best Employer in India’ Award for the fourth consecutive year

Bayer, a global enterprise with core competencies in the fields of agriculture and healthcare has been named as one of India’s “Best Employers” for 2020 by Kincentric.

Bayer, a global enterprise with core competencies in the fields of agriculture and healthcare has been named as one of India’s “Best Employers” for 2020 by Kincentric.

This is the fourth consecutive year since 2017 that Bayer has received this award. The company has been recognized for its outstanding performance in talent development, employee engagement, providing an inclusive work environment and enabling a feedback-oriented culture while creating future-forward workforces.  

Bayer, in India  has been present for over 100 years and its 12,000+ employees and associates work closely with over 20 million smallholder farmers; 100,000+ healthcare professionals and over 30 million households across its Crop Science, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health divisions respectively. 

It must be noted that the Kincentric ‘Best Employer of India’ award is a testament to the efforts of each of company’s 12,000+ colleagues in 2020.
