Greaves Cotton Limited Comes Forward to Help Communities amid Coronavirus Crisis

The outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic is an unprecedented challenge for the world and has shaken the economies from the core. The Central and state governments are trying hard to cope with the crisis while many big enterprises are also coming forward to aid the government in as many ways as possible. 

The situation is getting critical day by day and the need for healthcare and material support has become inevitable. Given this, Greaves Cotton Limited has taken various initiatives to aid those who are at the forefront and have been working round the clock to help those in need.  

As part of their employee-first policy, they have distributed masks to our employees and their families in Aurangabad, Coimbatore, and Ranipet. Along with it, the company has also provided masks to the Karnataka Police in Bengaluru under the “Support the Protectors” program. 

The company has also partnered with NGO called CRY to help underprivileged children who need special support and has taken the responsibility of providing dry ration to kids and families for a month across Mumbai and Delhi NCR regions. 

The company has also provided Greaves gensets in hospitals for quarantine facilities in the state of Maharashtra to help them with a 24x7 power supply. Along with this, the company has been helping local bodies and institutions by disinfecting public places with the supply of knapsack sprayers.
