Bachelor's degree in Rural Development or Social Work, or possess a Bachelor's degree with a Diploma in Rural Development/Social Work from a recognized University or Institute with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mobilizing farmers, conducting field demonstrations, and organizing village-level meetings, among other related activities. |

Crop Husbandry Expert |
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from a recognized university and should possess over 5 years of pertinent experience in crop production techniques, technology intervention, and collaborating with FPOs/Large Farmer’s Groups, among other related areas. |

Law/Accounts |
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with over 5 years of experience, or be a Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary with at least 3 years of relevant experience in areas such as accounting, auditing, statutory compliance, legal matters, arbitration, and related fields. |

Agri Marketing/Value Addition/Processing Specialist |
MBA in Agribusiness Management or its equivalent from a recognized university or institute, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Agribusiness, Agri Marketing, value chain Development, including Post-harvest Management, and collaborating with FPOs/Large Farmer’s groups, among other related areas. |

Information Technology/MIS |
B.Tech/BCA degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent from a recognized University/Institute, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in handling IT-related assignments, MIS development, software development, and related tasks. |

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 25 - 40 years of age.
Tenure: The engagement will be purely on a contract basis for five years, contingent upon yearly performance evaluations, and subject to the renewal of the contract on an annual basis. Contractual personnel shall not be entitled to any benefits or compensations.
