Educational Qualification
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF):

Candidate must hold a Post Graduate Degree (M. Sc.) in Plant Biochemistry, Plant Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Plant Physiology from a recognized institution.

Candidates with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Master’s degree should have NET qualification.
- Young Professional II:

Applicant should possess a Post Graduate Degree (M. Sc.) in Plant Biochemistry, Plant Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Plant Physiology from a recognized institution.

Candidates with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Master’s degree should have NET qualification.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF):

Candidate must have completed a Post Graduate Degree (M. Sc.) in Plant Biochemistry, Plant Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Plant Physiology, Environmental Science, or Bioinformatics.
- Unskilled Labor:

Minimum requirement is to have passed 8th grade or its equivalent from any recognized Board.

Desirable: Field or farm experience.
Age Limit:

Maximum age limit is 35 years as of 1st April 2024.

Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST/women candidates as per government guidelines.

No age limit for unskilled staff.
