Project Details
Energized irrigation via grid supply is a primary method of irrigation in our country. The objective of this project is to develop an improved and cost-effective grid system design that integrates irrigation requirements. The anticipated outcomes include enhanced network design and update methods for MSEDCL, tools for documenting field conditions and systems, and conducting analysis on water-energy-food interactions with a focus on local conditions. Additionally, an open-source system will be developed for researchers and educational purposes.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Doctoral Degree in Science or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.

Proficiency in designing grid structures using QGIS.

Experience in extracting network layers from QGIS, validating them, and generating formats for power flow modeling.

Ability to represent outcomes from power flow in QGIS.

Familiarity with implementing agro-climatic layers in QGIS to model energy demand.

Proficiency in Python and QGIS is essential.
Age Limit: 35 years.
Salary Details
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 56,000/- per month along with House Rent Allowance (HRA).
General Information

The position is temporary and will be valid for the duration of the project, which is one year.

The appointment is on a time-bound basis, and the candidate will be required to work towards the successful completion of the project.

The selection committee reserves the right to offer a lower or higher designation and salary based on the candidate's experience and performance during the interview.
