NABARD Recruitment 2023: Required Education

Each candidate is permitted to apply for only one discipline of their preference. In the event of multiple applications within the same discipline, only the most recent application will be considered valid, and the fees paid for all other applications will be forfeited.

Physically Challenged (PWBD) candidates who apply for Unreserved (UR) positions will not receive any relaxation in educational qualification percentage. However, they may be eligible for age and fee relaxation.

Candidates must possess the necessary educational qualifications as of September 1, 2023. The final results of the required educational qualifications must have been declared on or before September 1, 2023. In simpler terms, candidates whose final year or semester results were announced after September 1, 2023, are not eligible to apply.

NABARD Recruitment 2023: Age Criteria

The candidate willing to apply for the NABARD recruitment 2023 must be between 21 and 30 years of age. The age will be calculated as of 01-09-2023.

NABARD Recruitment 2023: Selection Mode

Selection of the candidates will be made on the following basis –

• Qualifying Section (test)
• Merit Section
• Shortlisting of the candidates for the Main exam will be based on marks scored in the Merit section only

NABARD Recruitment 2023 Remuneration

Candidates selected for the NABARD Assistant Manager will be offered a basic pay of Rs 44,500/- p.m. on the scale of Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years) applicable to Officers in Grade 'A'. Also, selected candidates will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs 1,00,000/-.
