Educational Qualification Required
- Manager: First Class Graduate from a recognized university with Diploma in Personnel Management or MBA (HR) with relevant experience.
- Assistant Personnel Officer: Graduate from a recognized university with Diploma in Personnel Management with relevant experience.
- Assistant Development Engineers / Scientific Officers: Graduate degree in Engineering/Science in Chemical, Comp. Science, Mechanical, Food Tech and Electronics & Communications with relevant experience.
- Technical Assistant: Graduate degree in Engineering/Science in Food & Allied Ind., Agri & Allied, Bio-tech, Pharma with relevant experience.
- Assistant Accountant: B. Com or equivalent degree with advanced accountancy & audit as subjects with 2 yrs. post qualification working experience in Finance and Accounts Division of reputed firms/companies.
Age Limit Details
- Manager: 35 years
- Assistant Personnel Officer: 26 years
- Assistant Development Engineers / Scientific Officers: 28 years
- Technical Assistant: 26 years
- Assistant Accountant: 26 years
Selection Procedure
Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
Application Fee Details
- An application fee amount of Rs.500/- through DD in favour of NRDC payable at National Research Development Corporation within 15 days of publication of the advertisement is required to be paid by the candidates.
- However, no fee is required to be paid by the SC/ST/PwD/ESM candidates.
