The recruitment is being conducted by the OPTCL to recruit 50 candidates as Management Trainees (Electrical).
Mode of Selection
Firstly, applicants will be short-listed as per the category for Personal Interviews. This process will be purely based on the marks obtained by the candidates in GATE 2023.
Educational Requirement
Candidates must have completed their Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution.
Application Fee
The unreserved / SEBC category candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs. 1180, whereas for SC/ST/PwBD category the application fee is Rs. 590.
Age Limit
Candidates applying for the Management Trainee (Electrical) must be between 21 to 32 years as on 01 April 2023.
Pay Scale
Candidates will be offered Rs. 50,000 during the training period. After that, the selected candidate will get a remuneration of Rs. 56,100- Rs. 1,77,500 (Level EE-2) with Initial Basic Pay of Rs.56,100/- after completing the one-year training period.
