The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), North Central Railway (NCR), will issue an application call for the recruitment of 1659 apprentices. Applicants may only submit their applications online at https://www.rrcpryj.org

Fitter, Welder (G&E), Armature Winder, Carpenter, Electrician, Painter (General), Mechanic (DSL), Information & Communication Technology System Maintenance, Plumber, and Mechanic cum Operator Electronics Communication positions will be filled via NCR Apprentice Recruitment.

For the year 2022–2023, various Divisions, Workshops under the jurisdiction of North Central Railways (Divisions – Prayagraj, Agra, Jhansi & Jhansi workshop) are accepting applications for the positions of System, Health Sanitary Inspector, Multimedia and Web Page Designer, MMTM, Crane, Draughtsman (Civil), Draughtsman (Civil), Stenographer (English), and Stenographer (Hindi).

The application will be accepted up to August 1, 2022, for a period of one month. Candidates may check the age restriction, technical competence, educational requirement, number of open positions, and other information here.

Educational Qualification for RRC North Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2022 

The applicant must have successfully completed ITI in the relevant trade provided by NCVT/SCVT recognized by the Government of India, as well as the candidate must have passed the SSC/Matriculation/10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system).

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 15 Years.

Maximum Age: 24 Years

Age Relaxation Extra as per Recruitment Rules.

Selection Process

The merit list, which would be created using the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the Applicants in both the Matriculation [with a minimum of 50% (aggregate) marks] and ITI examination giving equal weightage to both, would be used to select the eligible Applicants for imparting training under the Apprentice Act, 1961.
