Qualifications

10th Standard Qualification Required (Preference for Higher Education and Relevant Experience)

Preference for Candidates with Prior Experience in Agri/Community Development Programs in Project Villages' Vicinity.
Roles and Responsibility
-
Organize farmers' events and demonstrations.

Share information on new agricultural advancements.

Form and support Learning Groups.

Assist in planning and data collection.

Address farmers' issues and provide solutions.

Collect soil samples.

Provide personalized farmer support.

Facilitate program evaluations.
Monthly Remuneration
Rs. 15,000 per month (CTC) plus Rs. 1,000/- travel allowance.
