CBSE Class 10th, 12th Result 2022: Revaluation Process Starts; Here’s How Students Can Apply

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on July 26, began the revaluation process for CBSE Classes 10 and 12. Students may now request scanned copies of their term 2 answer sheets from the CBSE as well as confirmation of the marks they received in the CBSE result for 2022.

Through the official website, cbse.gov.in, students who are dissatisfied with the CBSE term 2 result 2022 can request a rechecking or revaluation of their Class 10 and Class 12 grades.

Candidates must include their roll number, 5-digit school number, and centre number in order to submit an application for revaluation. According to a statement from CBSE, only candidates who submit for online mark verification of their CBSE result 2022 will be qualified to apply for photocopies of their answer books in those subjects.

The application fee for the CBSE Class 12 term 2 result verification of marks is Rs 500 per subject, while the fees for obtaining photocopies of answer books and revaluating individual questions are each Rs 100. The application price for the CBSE Class 10 result 2022 is Rs 500 for photocopying and mark verification, and Rs 100 per question for revaluation.

How to Apply for CBSE Class 10th, 12th Revaluation:

  • Visit cbse.gov.in, the official website.

  • Select the "CBSE Class 10, Class 12 Term 2 Revaluation" link on the webpage.

  • Students must first submit an application for mark verification (totalling the score). The Board will review the answer papers once more for any totalling mistakes before reporting the amended (or identical) score to the student.

  • If there is no difference or the students do not want to continue, they can stop here. Then, others can choose whether or not they want to get a copy of their answer sheets. Candidates should be aware that they can only check the subjects for which they applied.

  • The Board will email the candidate the online copy of the photocopy of the requested answer sheet(s) after completing the photocopy request. The candidate will then have the opportunity to request a revaluation of particular questions.

On July 22, the CBSE 10th and 12th term 2 results for 2022 were released. For the CBSE Class 10 result and Class 12 result, the pass percentages were 94.40% and 92.71%, respectively.
