Eligibility

Law Graduate from a University/Institution recognised by UGC

Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of the state.

2 years experience for dealing with civil/ Service/ Labor Arbitration cases and exposure to drafting of agreement/ MoUs/Deeds etc.

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview and the candidates shall be informed through email only before the interviews.

How to apply?

Eligible Candidates are requested to send their resume mentioning all the relevant details including email IDs, Contact Number and attaching self attested scanned copies of other important documents like 12th Class marksheets, Graduation and Post graduation degrees, Experience certificates with subject of the email clearly mentioning “Application for YOUNG PROFESSIONAL-II (LEGAL) at ICAR Hqrs to law.icar@nic.in not later than 21-09-2021.

Important :

  • All eligible candidates are requested to be present 30 Minutes before the scheduled time on the date of interview for necessary formalities.

  • In case of selection, the candidates will be required to present the original documents for verification along with four sets of the complete bio-data with self attested photographs and self-attested enclosures such as mark sheets, proof of date of birth, certificates for qualification, experience, and caste certificate for submission in office at the time of joining.

  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

  • In case of serving candidate No OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from his/her employer and experience certificate in original should be produced, wherever applicable.

  • If it is found that an attempt has been made by the applicant to Willfully conceal any information misrepresent the facts, such applicant will not be considered for selection and due action will be implemented.
