Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan or KVS Admissions 2022 has started today, 8 April 2022 for class 2 onwards. Parents can submit the online registration forms on the admission portal of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan - kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in.
KVS Admissions 2022 Details
It must be noted that the KVS Admissions 2022 for classes 2 and above will continue for almost a week. Also, the admissions will be done for all the classes, except class 11.
The application process will end on 16 April 2022, after which the merit lists will be released.
Important documents
Before applying, make sure you have the following documents with you – birth certificate of the child, a scanned photograph, proof of residence, special category certificate (if any) etc.
Also note that KVS admissions rule clearly says that admissions would be given to students in order of priority, according to the guidelines for admission. Below we have given the step-by-step process as to how you can apply online.
How to apply KVS Admissions 2022
Go to the official website of KVS.
Now register yourself on the portal. After that, you will get a login code
Using the login credentials, you will have to fill in the application form with the correct details of your child
After submitting the application form, a unique Application Submission Code would be sent to your registered number. A message mentioning the list of documents needed will also be sent.
Now take a print out of the application form & keep the documents together to submit at the time of admissions.
Note - participants aiming for KVS Admissions 2022 should carefully go through the admissions criteria specified on the official portal. They should also apply on time to avoid any last-minute issues.
KVS Admissions for Class 1 Deadline extended
KVS has also extended the last date to apply online for class 1 admissions in Kendriya Vidyalaya up to 11 April - till 7 pm. Those who want to apply for KVS Class 1 admissions can apply online at the website.
