Now, UIDAI will be answering all the questions/queries on their Twitter handle. Aadhar Card holders can ask their queries on UIDAI twitter handle as UIDAI has taken this step to solve each & every problem of Aadhar Card holders.

If you have questions/query related to Aadhar Card or you want some information related to it, you can tweet @UIDAI or Aadhar_Care. Apart from this you can also ask your questions at official twitter handle of your regional Aadhar office.

If you have any complaints you can simply register them on any of the twitter handles mentioned above. To make sure about the convenience of the people, UIDAI has started to give all these services online. Now everything from updating your name to phone number can be done online easily. You can also register your complaints to the official website of Aadhar Card.

UIDAI has also started the Ask Aadhar chat bot facility earlier this year in January. Here, people get answers of their questions. Chat Bot is a Software Application which works as a chat interface. With the help of artificial intelligence chat bot gives answers to questions.

UIDAI is doing work of Aadhar updating nationwide from 1st June 2020. Under this, location & biometric information about the Aadhar holder is getting updated. For the updating process of Aadhar Card, more than 17000 centers are created.
