Position - Senior Policy Specialist
Number of posts: 6
Qualification
Candidate should have a higher qualification (Masters’ and above) from a reputed Indian or International University in Development Cooperation/Development Partnership/International Relations or International Law/International Development/ Public Administration/Strategic Studies/ International Trade/Environment and Climate or a related subject.
He or she must have at least 8 years of experience in handling multilateral work in UN agencies or Int’l Organizations / International consultancy organizations or the GOVERNMENT of India, in relevant fields.
Position - Policy Specialist

Qualification
Applicant must have Masters’ degree or above from a reputed Indian or International Institution/University in Economics / Development Cooperation / International Relations / International Law / Development Partnership / International Development / Strategic Studies / Public Administration / International Trade / Trade / Agriculture/ Environment and Climate /Labour Economics / Energy / Health / Disaster Management / Anti-corruption.
He must have at least 5 years of experience in handling multilateral work in UN agencies or International Organizations or International Consultancy / Consultancy Organizations / Government of India as Consultant / Advisor, in relevant fields.
Salary at Ministry of external affairs
The Senior Policy Specialist will get up to Rs. 2,75,000 per month. The amount fixed will remain unchanged for the term of the contract.
The Policy Specialist will get up to a maximum of Rs.2,25,000 per month.
Ministry of External Affairs: How to apply
The candidate who fulfils the eligible criteria will have to submit online application in the official website of the ministry.
The Ministry will review the applications and select the candidates it considers suitable for the interview. The short-listed applicants will be informed via email.
The date, time & venue of the interview will also be conveyed through email at the email address provided by the candidates.
No TA/DA would be paid by the Ministry to Applicants for attending the interview.
The final selection will be based on their performance in the interview.
