NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), a subsidiary of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released a notification for recruitment of senior & middle-level Consultants and field enumerators. Educational Qualification
Senior Consultant – Applicants should be a Graduate or Post-graduate in Agriculture & allied subjects i.e. Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy Technology, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary and Animal Science. Must have 2 to 4 years’ experience in Natural Resource Management/ Financing or Value chain management/ Agri. Marketing based projects/ studies.
Middle Level Consultant – Candidates must be a Graduate or Post-graduate in Agriculture & allied subjects. They should have 1 to 4 years’ experience in Natural Resource Management/ Financing or Value chain management/ Agri. Marketing based projects/studies.
Enumerator – Applicants should be a Graduate from any Recognized University. Have 1 to 2 years’ experience in Natural Resource Management/ Financing or Value chain management/ Agri. Marketing based projects/ studies.
Age limit
-
For all 3 positions - minimum age should be 24 years.

For enumerators - max age is 45 years
-
For senior and middle-level consultants - max age limit is 65 years
Salary
The monthly salary of senior-level consultants will be from Rs 51,000 to 60,000 and middle-level consultants will be paid Rs 41,000 to 50,000 every month. The salary range for enumerators will be Rs 20,000 to 25,000 per month.
Selection Process
NABCONS will call candidates for interviews on the basis of application received. Selected candidates will receive a call letter from NABCONS. After that, they will have to appear for an interview based on the location mentioned in the call letter.
