Job Description and Eligibility Criteria:
Job Position: Senior Manager (HR)
Maximum Age: 50 Years
Minimum Educational Qualification: A minimum of 55 percent in an MBA, Integrated MBA, postgraduate degree, or diploma in HRM, personnel management, or industrial relations with a minimum of two years of study from a recognized university or institute. A law degree (LLB) is desirable.
Experience Required: A minimum of 11 years of in-line executive experience following graduation from any government, public sector, autonomous body, MNC, or private organisation.
The candidate must have two years' worth of experience in the relevant pay scale or CTC.
Job Position: Manager (Production)
Maximum Age: 48 Years
Pay Scale: Rs 15.85 LPA
Minimum Educational Qualification: A minimum of 60% in an engineering degree in chemical engineering or chemical technology from a recognised institution, or an AMIE in chemical engineering.
Experience Required: Minimum 09 years of post-degree in-line experience in the petrochemical, continuous process chemical, and ammonia-urea fertiliser industries.
Out of a total of nine years, the candidate must have two years of applicable pay scale or CTC experience, as specified in clause C.5 below.
Job Position: Senior Chemist
Maximum Age: 33 Years
Pay Scale: Rs 15.41 LPA
Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum 60% marks in M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Experience Required: Experience in a control laboratory related to the fertilisers, continuous process chemicals, petrochemicals, or heavy chemical industries for at least one year following inline work is required.
The candidate must have one year of applicable pay scale or CTC experience, as specified in clause No. C.5 below.
Job Position: Accounts Officer
Maximum Age: 37 Years
Pay Scale: Rs 7.93 LPA
Minimum Educational Qualification: from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a chartered accountant.
Alternative titles include Cost & Management Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Or two years of full-time, normal MBA or PGDM school with a major in finance or financial management and a minimum 55 percent grade point average
Experience Required: As of the cutoff date, line executive experience should have a minimum of one year following qualifying.
The candidate must have one year of applicable pay scale or CTC experience, as specified in clause No. C.5 below.
Job Position: Medical Officer (Medicine)
Maximum Age: 33 Years
Minimum Educational Qualification: MBBS Degree
Experience Required: After completing an internship, the candidate must have at least six months of professional experience in the medical area from a reputable hospital, medical school, or hospital located in a significant industrial complex.
