Here is important news for PM Kisan beneficiaries. As we know that Government provides Rs. 6000 to the farmers in three instalments of Rs. 2000 each under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. If you have taken PM Kisan instalment by giving wrong details then there is bad news for you as the Centre has started the process of recovery of the amount from such people in Uttar Pradesh.

Government has started Issuing Notices

As per available information, the UP government has started this process of amount recovery from the defaulters and has already sent a list of 9219 ineligible farmers to the State Agriculture Department. And the department has sent notices to these ineligible farmers. It has asked them to return back the money as soon as possible.

These frauds mostly include the cases of husband & wife, deceased farmers, taxpayers, pensioners, fund transfers in the wrong account, wrong Aadhar, etc.

Money Must be Deposited Immediately

The ineligible farmers will have to deposit the money in the office of the Deputy Director of Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh.

And they will be given the receipt after depositing the amount. Later, this amount will be sent to the government. Not only this, the department will remove the names and farmer data from the PM Kisan portal.

Who are Fake Beneficiaries?
