The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on 26th April 2019 has released an additional list of candidates who have qualified Paper I for the post Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak Exam 2018.

Applicants can check the updated or corrected results on the Staff Selection Commission’s official website - ssc.nic.in. SSC had conducted Paper 1 for Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak on 13th January 2019. Those who have cleared Paper I can now appear in Paper 2.

The second list has been released after names of many successful candidates were missed out from the first list, which was declared on 22nd March 2019. It was found that as many as 68 ex-servicemen category candidates from the unreserved or general category were declared ‘not qualified’ even though they had scored more marks than the other selected unreserved category applicants. The SSC has called this a result of ‘inadvertent omission’.

In order to correct this, Staff Selection Commission has released an additional list of 68 ex-servicemen candidates who have cleared the exam. Their names marks have been uploaded on the Commission’s website - ssc.nic.in.
