Union Minister of State for Agriculture Kailash Choudhary, discuss various issues in the review meeting of District BJP officials

The district meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party Barmer was held in Jat Charitable Trust Nehru Nagar on Saturday in the presence of Union Minister of State for Agriculture Kailash Choudhary, District President Aduram Meghwal and former District President Dilip Paliwal. In this meeting, District President, District Officer, Divisional Officer-in-Charge, all Divisional President, Zilla Parishad Member and Panchayat Samiti in charge were present on all fronts of District BJP.

In the meeting, there was a detailed discussion about the review of Panchayati Raj elections, planning of upcoming organizational work and development of the area. The meeting focused on the outcome of the Panchayat Raj elections as to what led to the defeat and how to overcome them. A strategy was also formulated for the upcoming organization and development work of the area.

On the question of the solution of the farmer movement: Union Minister of State for Agriculture Kailash Choudhary said that we are committed to the welfare of farmers. We will also meet those who are supporting these laws and will also meet those who are opposing them. I hope that the organizations opposing these laws will think about the welfare of farmers and will be active in finding solutions.

Kailash Choudhary said that we are ready for talks; we will talk as soon as the proposal comes. These laws have come to change the standard of living of farmers. Farmer representatives from various states have expressed their support for the Agricultural Reform Acts after the government fulfilled its long-standing demands.

After the meeting, Union Minister Kailash Choudhary said that the election results were lost or won, but the systematic review is part of our work. In today's meeting, the experiences of in-charge and candidates of Panchayati Raj elections have been shared, so that where the favourable results have come, they can be implemented further.

Choudhary said, “The structure of booth management has also been discussed. Apart from organizational strengthening, the party is also required to stand up politically.”

He also said that discussions were held to integrate new voters with the BJP's policy and to strengthen the evolutionary ideology of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

On the question of BJP's performance in Panchayat elections and allegations of counter-allegations, Union Minister Kailash Choudhary said that the challenge of further strengthening the party organization in the district has been accepted by all officials and activists.

Choudhary said, “I am not a faction but a party worker. There is no collective decision of anyone in the BJP. Party workers are not disappointed by the defeat in any one election. BJP is a big family. We all work with team spirit. Nobody is anyone's man…Yes; it is a matter of fact that there can be differences between us on some matter or any issue. There are no differences at all. The activists are enthusiastic and fully engaged in the work of the organization.”
