Statcon Electronics introduce an innovative solution which is a solar based sewing machine for the empowerment of the financially weaker community of society where they have chance to start their own business and earn money to fulfill their daily needs. This machine completely indigenous and solar powered with no operational cost of electricity.
To boost the income of womenin weaker section, it is proposed to supply Solar Power pedal operated sewing machine along with LED lamp for illumination, with an attached fan. The system should be capable of working for 6-8 hours on solar power.
Shri Saini further informed that they had designed this machine with the hope that it can become a bridge for the women from the darkness of poverty to the brightness of prosperity.
The features are solar powered for which no external supply required Panels, Mobile phone charging, Fan, Table lamp, easy to operate , highly efficient and a battery.
It is suitable for such areas where electricity is not available as rural areas, remote areas. It is for women workers of the weaker section and also used for industrial application along with the household application. The estimated cost is Rs.20,000 and the earning can go upto Rs.2000-3000 per day.
