Under the auspices of NITI Aayog, the FICCI National CE Committee is developing a National Unified Circularity Measurement Framework for the Indian industry, with technical assistance from EU-REI and Accenture. Currently, the framework is centered on FMCG, Steel, and Automobiles.
The working group consists of 8-10 representatives from industry, academia, and government. The working group session's goal is to validate sector-specific KPIs, review obligatory and non-mandatory KPI prioritization, examine the scoring methodology, and so on in order to conclude the framework for FMCG sector adoption in accordance with industry requirements.
