IMD Issues Yellow Alert For 7 Districts of This State
Weather updates from IMD: In the next two days, a yellow alert has been issued for sections of Maharashtra's Vidarbha area. Today, the IMD issued a warning for thunderstorms with lightning and light to moderate rainfall. Rain fell throughout the day in several areas in east Vidarbha, including Nagpur. An official informed PTI that the regional meteorological centre has issued a yellow alert for Vidarbha's Nagpur, Wardha, Chandrapur, Yavatmal, Gondia, Bhandara, and Gadchiroli districts until Thursday. Thunderstorms with lightning and light to moderate rainfall are expected to continue in a few locations across Nagpur, Wardha, Bhandara, and Gondia, as well as thunderstorms and hail in a few locations across Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, and Yavatmal districts, according to the weather forecasting agency.

Due to an increase in Covid cases, fresh fruit importers in the country are expanding their warehousing and cold storage facilities. Because of the increase in Covid cases, demand for imported fruits has increased in the country, and fresh fruit importers are taking no chances to keep the supply chain running smoothly. "Warehousing and logistics are key components of the globalized economy and play a strategic role in corporate growth," Tarun Arora, head of finance and operations at IG International, a large fresh fruit importer’.

PM Modi To Inaugurate New Campus of Classical Tamil Institute in Chennai
On the 12th of January, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open the new campus of the Central Institute of Classical Tamil in Chennai. The inauguration will be done by video conferencing, according to the Prime Minister's office. According to the Prime Minister's Office, the development of a new campus of the Central Institute of Classical Tamil (CICT) in Chennai is in keeping with the Prime Minister's aim of preserving and promoting Indian history and classical languages.
