While both of caffeinated beverages have benefits to our physical and mental health, they might also have differences. Here we are going to compare which is better for you -coffee or tea. 

Coffee, tea, soft drinks, etc. are the popular caffeine beverages and these soothing drinks enhance our central nervous system, reduce the risk of certain chronic diseases and improve athletic performance, mood, and mental alertness.
