Experts say that eating these 5 fruits could help you lose weight faster:

  • Watermelon: Due to its low-calorie content and filling quality, it might be a useful friend during your weight loss journey. However, one must be careful with the serving size as it has a high-water content and may make some people feel bloated.

  • Lemon: Citrus fruits help with digestion and are high in antioxidants, which keep the metabolism going. They also help in fat burning and cleansing the body. Lemon is best consumed when added to detox waters.

  • Apple: Apples are high in fiber and low in calories, which keeps you satiated.  A number of studies support the fruit's ability to help in weight loss.

  • Orange: Oranges are a great source of antioxidants, have a lot of water and fiber, and are high in vitamin C. A study by the University of Western Ontario study discovered that the chemical in sweet oranges and tangerines reversed mice's pre-existing obesity, reduced the size of their fat cells, and raised the energy they expended.

  • Tomatoes: Tomatoes are amazing for weight loss since they are low in carbohydrates and high in soluble and insoluble fiber. They also help lower bad cholesterol and contain amino acids that burn fat. To be clear, ketchup and canned tomatoes are not the same things as raw tomatoes.
