In a special event held on 09th Mar 2022, IPL’s President Shri Harsh Bhagchandka met Shri Nitin Gadkari (Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India), Shri Manohar Lal Khattar (Chief Minister of Haryana), and Shri V.K. Singh (Minister of State in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways of India) at the IPL Biological’s Technology & Innovation Centre (TIC) located in Gurugram. TIC exhibited its expertise in learning the potential of naturally occurring microbes and leveraging the benefits for humankind. The delegation appreciated the State of the art in-house R&D capability and the contribution of IPL Biologicals in identifying the most virulent indigenous microbial strains and developing an innovative sustainable microbial solution for the farmers.
The discussion focused on IPL Biologicals’ contribution towards value-added environment-friendly solutions in agriculture which help to improve the productivity of key high protein output crops like Soybean that can aid to fight malnutrition in the country, use of innovative biological nutrients to increase the yield and productivity of crops being an Indian Company. Use of modern technologies drones and precision agriculture, to increase water use efficiency and shift towards biological agriculture.
