Emoluments of IT Professional-lV
The consolidated emoluments of IT Prof'essional-IV will be Rs. 60,000/- per month with 3% annual increase over base salary. No other allowance wilt be payabte to the IT Prof'essional
Essential Qualification:
- B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT) with 6 years' experience in the relevant field
OR
- Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MCA, MTech, or equivalent with 3 years' experience in the relevant field
OR
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Application, or equivalent with 3 years' experience in the relevant field.
Desirable Qualification:
Experience in one or more of the following:

Web-Site and Portals development & management with ASP.NET, Java, PHP, Oracle, MySQL, Web Services, etc.

Good knowledge of Database Administration.

Project Management, Documentation, and Reporting.
Selection Procedure:
The applications received shall be screened, and shortlisted candidates will be called to undergo a panel interview. If needed, a written examination may also be conducted for shortlisting of eligible candidates. The selection will be based on the weightage of marks in Qualification, Experience in the relevant field, and performance in the interview.
Maximum Duration of Engagement:
Initial engagement of the IT Professional will be for one year, which is extendable for two more years (01 year at a time) subject to the requirement of the services of the IT Professional in the organization and satisfactory performance of the candidate after evaluation by ADG (PIM). Thus, the maximum duration of engagement of IT Professional in the ICAR will be three years (1+1+1).
Age Limit:
The minimum age for IT Professionals will be 21 years, and the maximum age will be 45 years with relaxation as per rules.
