Qualifications and Eligibility
Project Manager (1 Post):
-
PhD or M.Sc. Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Botany, Plant Breeding, Extension, Soil Science, Entomology, Pathology, or Life Sciences
-
Research experience in agriculture, particularly with rice, field trials management, or work experience with NGOs.
-
Proficiency in data collection, farmer interaction, computer skills, data entry, data analysis, manuscript drafting, and report preparation.

Experience in engaging with farmers, organizing meetings, and conducting training programs.

Fluency in Telugu and willingness to travel across various districts for project implementation.
YP 1 (2 Post):
-
Bachelor’s degree in Botany, Zoology, Agricultural Sciences, or any discipline, or a Diploma in Agricultural Sciences or Agri polytechnic.

Responsibilities include collecting data and samples, data collection from farmer field trials, field maintenance, and organizing field days.

Experience in rice research and fieldwork, fluency in Telugu, willingness to travel, ability to document field observations, and proficiency in MS Office.
Age Limit: The age limit for applicants is below 40 years for men and 45 years for women for Project Manager and minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 45 years.
Monthly Remuneration
-
Project Manager - 54,000 + 27% HRA per month

YP 1 - Rs. 30,000/- per month fixed
