ICAR Recruitment 2022: Qualification & Salary Details
Young Professional and Junior Project Assistant are hired under the CGIAR / Bioversity International sponsored project - Conservation and use of Genetic Resource [Phenotyping of bananas for drought).
Senior Project Assistant will work under the CGIAR / Bioversity International sponsored project - Conservation & use of Genetic Resource (Evaluation of ITC Genotypes for their reaction to Foc R1 and TR4)
Young Professional – I Post
Duration of Project - 31 October 2023
Salary - Rs.25,000/ per month
Essential Qualification - Candidates must have completed B.Sc. (Agriculture / Biochemistry or Plant Sciences / Plant Biotechnology). They must have work experience in projects related to plant research. Those who have completed M.Sc. (Plant Sciences / Plant Biochemistry / Plant Biotechnology /Agriculture – Physiology or Soil Science / Biotechnology) and have experience in drought related projects will be given preferences.
Junior Project Assistant Post
Duration of Project - 31 October 2023
Salary - Rs.15,000/- per month
Essential Qualification – Applicants must have completed first class degree in B.Sc. (Agriculture / Biochemistry or Plant Sciences / Plant. Those who have qualified the required qualifications will only be allowed for the interview.
Senior Project Assistant Post
Salary - Rs.18,000/-per month
Essential Qualification – Must have completed M.Sc. (Biotechnology / Botany or Horticulture / Agriculture / Or B.Tech. (Biotechnology). Should have at least one year experience in relevant field in reputed organization. Those with knowledge in tissue culture / nano-technology or protoplast culture /Molecular works would be preferred.
