Scholarship 2023: Internshala has finally announced its annual scholarship known as Internshala Career Scholarship for Girls (ICSG) 2023 which provides Rs 25,000. Those interested must read the details given below and apply accordingly.
Objective of ICSG 2023
The Internshala scholarship aims to financially help girl students who have struggled hard to pursue a career in any field including arts, commerce, sports, etc.
According to media reports, the scholarship will be given as a grant for doing an internship or undertaking a project in the selected field or payment towards a specialised training programme, etc.
Eligibility for Internshala Scholarship 2023
Girls with Indian nationality between the age group of 17 & 23 (as of 31st December 2022) will be able to apply for the ICSG scholarship.

The application window for the same will end on 15 January 2023.
How to apply for Internshala Scholarship 2023
In order to apply for the Internshala scholarship 2023, students will have to fill in the registration form available on the website and state their career objectives.
Further, the application process will consist of 3 steps:

Online form – Submission of the application form.

Interview – Selected candidates will be contacted for a telephonic interview or personal interview. They will have to furnish all the essential documents and proofs during the interview.

Referee check – After interview, the candidates’ referee (mentioned in the form) will be contacted for verification purposes and after that, the final winner would be selected.
(Your referee can be the principal/director/ dean, head of the department, or professor of your college/university if you are a student. The head of the organisation (CEO, manager, team lead, etc.) if you are a working professional.
It must be noted that the applications will be shortlisted on the basis of four parameters including achievement, purpose, need and element of the fight against odds.
Internshala scholarship amount and other details
Selected students get Rs. 25,000 as a scholarship.
The amount is directly paid towards the cause - at the time of need, via the referee provided in the form.

When will Internshala results be announced?
The results for ICSG 2023 will be announced in February 2023.

How many candidates will be selected for interview?
There is no lower or upper limit for selection of candidates for interview. All deserving candidates would be selected.
