Krishi UdyamiKrishak Vikas Chamber, Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry & The Sikkim State Cooperative Supply & Marketing Federation Ltd. organized the ‘Progressive Agri Leadership Summit 2021 on 18th December 2021 in Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
The event was graced by Parshottam Rupala, Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, who was also the chief guest for the event.
Other eminent people in the event were - Virender Kanwar, Minister of Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry & Fisheries, Himachal Pradesh, Jai Prakash Dalal, Minister of Agriculture, Dairy Development & Fisheries, Haryana and Randeep Singh Nabha, Minister of Agriculture & Farmer Welfare Food Processing, Punjab.
In total 43 awards will be presented to the individuals as well as organizations under various categories like Agri-journalism (digital media), Education, Progressive farmer/village, Farmer producer organization etc.
Krishi Jagran also received an award for its outstanding and leading role in Excellence in Digital Media under Agri Journalism award (Awareness & Solution-Oriented) category.
MC Dominic, Founder & Editor-in-Chief of Krishi Jagran & Agriculture World received the award from Union Minister Parshottam Rupala.
Shiny Dominic, Director of Krishi Jagran was also present on the occasion.
