Deputy Director - Pay matrix level-13A (Rs.1,31,400 – 2,17,100) (UGC Pay Scale)
Upper Division Clerk - Pay matrix level-4 (Rs.25,500 - 81,100)
Essential Qualifications:
Deputy Director Essential – Candidates must have completed Ph.D. or equivalent in Journalism & Mass Communication/Library Science/Information Science/ from a recognized university. They must have five years’ experience in the above field/subjects as Assistant Professor or equivalent.
Those with experience in res/arch training/consultancy policy advocacy/implementation of Govt. programmes/Education/Documentation & dissemination in concerned field or experience in national/international capacity building organizations or exposure in Agricultural Extension Management will be given preference.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC) – Candidates should have Bachelor degree from a recognized University with English Typewriting speed of 30 wpm.
Those with experience in Government Office/ Undertaking /reputed firms or those with knowledge of Govt. Rules & regulations would be preferred.
Age Limit
Deputy Director – Minimum 50 years and Maximum 56 years of age. Relaxable for Govt. employees up to five years.
Upper Division Clerk – Candidates should be between 18 - 27 years.
Fees
Group – A - Rs.1000
Group – C - Rs.300
