The application deadline for the Indian Forest Service Exam 2022 is February 22 hence if you haven’t applied then do it now. All candidates must apply online at upsc.gov.in, the UPSC's official website. The exam is scheduled on June 5, 2022, and there are a total of 151 vacant positions. 

Here's a step-by-step guide to applying for the post: 

  • Go to UPSC main website.

  • Then go to the Recruitment website and search for the New Advertisement.

  • Allow yourself with plenty time to read the New Notification.

  • Click the Apply Online Here button.

  • Reopen the application form URL and double-check the application form instructions.

  • Enter all of the information requested in the box, upload photo, sign and photo identity card

  • Before clicking the submit button, double-check all of the details.

  • At the very least, you pay the registration money via an internet gateway and upload the documents.

  • Click on submit after all the process is completed.

  • To download the admission card, take a printout of the application form.

 Age limit: 

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on 1st August, 2022, i.e. he must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1990 and not later than 1st August, 2001.  

The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable: 

  • Up to a maximum of five years if a candidate belongs to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe.

  • Up to a maximum of three years in the case of candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes who are eligible to avail of reservation applicable to such candidates. 

  • Up to a maximum of three years in the case of Defence Services personnel disabled in operations during hostilities with any foreign country or in a disturbed area and released as a consequence thereof:  

  • Up to a maximum of five years in the case of ex-servicemen including Commissioned Officers and ECOs/SSCOs who have rendered at least five years Military Service as on 1st August, 2022  

Application fee:  

Candidates applying (excepting Female/SC/ST/PwBD candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) for Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination are required to pay a fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India or by using Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit card. 

Last Date of Submission of Applications: 

The Online Applications can be filled up to 22ND February, 2022 till 18.00 Hours. 

The eligible candidates shall be issued an e-Admit Card three weeks before the commencement of the examination. The e-Admit Card will be made available in the UPSC website [http: //www.upsconline. nic.in.] for downloading by candidates. No Admission Certificate will be sent by post. All the applicants are required to provide valid active E-Mail I.D. while filling up Online Application Form.
