  3. Free accidental insurance cover of Rs. 4.00 Lakhs

  4. Lowest interest rate

  5. No Processing Fee

  6. Differentiated repayment (M/Q/HY) repayment facility

  7. Collateral Security Lien on TDR accepted as margin money

  8. Margin Minimum 25% of the cost of tractor including insurance and registration charges.

All farmers – individual/joint borrowers who are owner cultivators

Pre sanction

  1. Duly filled in the application form

  2. 3 latest passport size photographs

  3. Identity proof- A voter ID card, PAN card, Passport, Aadhaar card

  4. Address proof: Voter ID card, Passport, Aadhaar card

  5. Documentary proof of land

  6. Quotation of tractor issued by the dealer to customer

  7. Title search report from the panel advocate

Pre disbursement

  1. Duly executed loan documents

  2. 48 or 60 Post Dated Cheques

Post disbursement

  1. RC book with hypothecation charge in favor of SBI

  2. Original invoice/bill issued by the dealer to the customer

  3. Comprehensive insurance copy
