Health Benefits of Almonds 

1. Good for Heart health- Almonds are said to be good for heart, and can be consumed with other nuts. Almonds also increase antioxidants in the bloodstream and also reduce blood pressure. 

2. Good source of Vitamin E- Almond is good source of vitamin E. Being rich in vitamin E, Vitamin E oil is also prepared from almonds. Consuming almonds in moderate amounts can also decrease the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. 

3. Almond for Eyes- Almonds protect your eyes from any kind of abnormal changes, just like carrot, almonds are also good for eyes health.
