CFM organized a successful farmers' workshop at Jaunpur

To bring the change and awareness about the farming techniques with the help of better pieces of equipment and technical guidance, CFM (Community Friendly Movement) organized a workshop for the farmers at Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. The key purpose the of the event was to spread the knowledge and education among the farmers' community. Chief project manager Mr. Rahul Singh, Walden Agri Infra Pvt. Ltd. provided the detailed information regarding the workshop.

The workshop organized at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Jaunpur under the guidance of KVK officials. Many agriculture experts attended the workshop, where Dr. Amitabh Kar (Engineer), Associate Professor ( Agriculture Engineering), former United Nation Volunteer, former Officer, KVK, Jaunpur, Varanasi (NDUAT), former Technical Officer, CDRT, Allahabad, Dr. Suresh Kumar Kannaujia, Program Coordinator, KVK, Baksha, Jaunpur attended the workshop as well. While addressing the farmers Dr. Suresh Kannaujia said the farmers should avoid the misuse of chemical fertilizers for the cultivation, instead, they should prefer organic farming. Dr. Amitabh Kar advised the farmers to adopt the modern technologies for the modernization of the agriculture industry. Krishi Jagran media also participated in the workshop as the media partner of the workshop. Where Mr. Vibhuti Narayan and Mr. Rishav Vishwa were also present as the media officials.

Mahindra Rise, Urja (Sun For Life), Shaktiman, PBL, and Hero sponsored the event and participated as well in the exhibition of their products while the workshop. The farmers participated in workshop discussed over many important topics of agriculture and the successful farmers shared and exchanged the ideas over farming.
