Union Bank of India

Union Bank of India is currently offering home loans at the lowest interest rate. From this bank you will get a home loan at an interest rate of 6.70 percent. However, the maximum loan interest rate is 7.15 per cent. Apart from this, on the total loan, you have to pay 0.50 percent processing fee, which will be a maximum of 15 thousand rupees.

Bank Of India

Bank of India is offering home loans at 6.85%. Here you have to pay 0.25% processing on the total loan amount, which ranges from Rs 1,500 to maximum Rs 20,000. The maximum interest of this bank is 7.15%.

Central Bank Of India

In the Central Bank of India, you will get a home loan at the rate of 6.85%. As a processing fee, you will have to pay 0.50 percent of the total loan amount. The maximum limit has been fixed at Rs 20,000. You will get a home loan here at a maximum of 7.30%.

Canara Bank

Canara Bank is offering home loans at the rate of 6.90%. The total amount will be 0.50 percent processing fee, which can be up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. Canara Bank has a maximum interest rate of 8.90%.

Punjab & Sind Bank

Punjab and Sindh Bank is also offering you a home loan at the rate of 6.90 percent, which goes up to a maximum of 7.25 percent. The best thing is that this bank is not charging processing fees and inspection charges. That is, at least 10-15 thousand rupees can be saved easily.
