  • IMD Predicts heavy Rains in these States till 31st August

    On 27th August (Friday) the India Meteorological Department issued fresh weather updates and have predicted heavy to very heavy rains in many states till 31st August. IMD said that widespread to heavy rains are expected over Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Odisha & Chhattisgarh.

  • Technical Glitches disrupt the Tea Auctions

    The technical glitches have disrupted the tea auctions in the country delaying the movement of teas to domestic & international market from auction centers at the time, when there were signs of improvement in demand in the domestic market & the exporters are trying to make the headway in global markets where they are facing tough competition from the Kenyan black tea.

  • Indian Oil Corporation Expands Joint Venture with Malaysia’s Petronas

    The State run oil refiner Indian Oil Corporation is expanding its joint venture with the Malaysia’s state-run Petronas to focus on the liquefied Natural Gas plants. The share price of the Indian Oil gained around 1% on 27th August (Friday). The Indian Oil opened on BSE at Rs 105.10, touching an intraday high of Rs 106.40 & an intraday low of Rs 105.10 throughout the trading session.

     

  • 2000 village level camps held across the Country by Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying

    As part of Aazadi Ka Amrit Mahostav, the Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying organized an awareness Programme on Entrepreneurship schemes of the Department through Common Service Centre network. In which, 2000 village level camps were held across the country. Attendees were given the complete information about these schemes, as well as about how to apply on the scheme portal through the CSC itself.
