SBI Customers Can Now Avail Banking Services Even on Sundays or Holidays, Details Inside

Customers of SBI will no longer be concerned about getting banking services on Sundays. The State Bank of India, the largest public sector bank in India, has introduced two new toll-free numbers to help with its financial services and give its customers a seamless experience. As a result, SBI customers would no longer need to visit all of their branches to complete various banking-related tasks.

As many as 44 crores SBI customers would receive seamless banking services through the bank’s two new toll-free numbers, 1800 1234 and 1800 2100.

“Say goodbye to all your banking worries! Call SBI Contact Centre toll-free at 1800 1234 OR 1800 2100,” the bank stated in a tweet dated June 26, Sunday.  Customers of SBI are now able to call these numbers whenever they want from the comfort of their present location and from any location. As a result, traveling to the branch to obtain services is avoided, saving time and effort. It is also convenient for individuals who lack the digital knowledge necessary to access online or app services.

What Banking Services Can You Avail Using SBI Toll Free Number?

Numerous banking services will be available through the SBI toll-free numbers. Customers will be able to use SBI banking services available 24×7, including on Sundays and public holidays. Customers of SBI can view their most recent five transactions and check their account balance by calling the SBI toll-free numbers 1800 1234 and 1800 2100. They may also check the status of their ATM card blocking and card dispatch. Customers can obtain a new ATM card if they have blocked the old one for whatever reason by calling the SBI toll-free number and checking the dispatch status of their chequebook. By calling the SBI toll-free number, customers may also receive their DS details and deposit interest certificate by email.
