Kesar Milk

Milk is a liquid food rich in nutrients provided by mammalian glands. Early lactation milk is called colostrum and it includes antibodies that improve the immune system and thus decreases the likelihood of certain diseases. It is the main source of nutritional for young animals, like breast-feeding human beings, until they are able to digest solid foods. It contains a significant variety of other nutrients, including protein and lactose. Interspecies milk consumption, particularly in humans which many consume milk from other mammals is not unusual. 

In these chilly winters, a cup of hot milk and a blanket is a must. Let's make milk enjoyable for our family this season. These milk recipes are sure to settle us down and still help keep the cold and grip away. Some also help to boost children's immunity. 

Kesar Milk: Saffron or Kesar is a precious herb, but little or a pinch of it can be a marvel. We also use it in our candies and delicacies and during winter Kesar Doodh is a common delicacy in many places in India. This is one of the simplest preparations and also looks elegant when visitors are at home. 

There are several brands nowadays which has commercialised the kesar milk, however it is best to sometimes make our self a cup of hot saffron milk to fight away the chilli winters. 

Recipe: For 2 cups of milk, 1-2 Kesar strands are enough. Although we can add almonds to it to make it better and high in nutrients. 

Kesar 10-15 strands 

Cashew 

Pistachios and some almonds 

Sugar 1 tsp. 

All of these can be grinded and powdered and placed in a jar that is airtight. It can be kept for a week comfortably. Pour one cup of milk in the mixture and cook for five minutes. The milk is good and nutritious and ready to serve. 

Turmeric Milk: Turmeric milk– also known as Golden milk is a popular drink in Indian as well as in western cultures. 

Traditionally, this bright yellow beverage is made with curd or other spices such as canned ginger, and adding all of these to a warm cow's or plant milk. 

It has many health advantages and is sometimes used as an alternative treatment for increasing immunity and avoiding the progression of the disease. 

Milk Recipes

Recipe: Two cups of milk 

1/4 of the turmeric  

Fennel seeds with 1/2 tsp (saunf) 

Black pepper 2 pinches 

Sugar 1/2 tsp. 

Cook the milk and allow it to simmer on medium fire for about 15 minutes. Squeeze it with a filter and ready for your milk. 

Ginger Milk: Ginger has a lot of benefits on its own. It is best known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties which help our body to fight foreign bodies. In our Indian kitchen, ginger is a very popular spice, but it improves the flavour or aroma much more when applied to milk. It also helps to battle stress, cold and digestive effectiveness. 

Recipe: 

milk   

New ginger 10 gms. 

Sugar 1 tsp. 

Boil the milk first and grill the ginger then. The opportunity to separate the milk if it is not properly boiling. The amount of milk would decrease to 3/4 of the amount. Strain the filter and your wonderful milk is primed. 

Dates Milk: Dates with dairy intake are a healthy meal for the human body. A high proportion of iron is found in dates. Milk is free of this portion and is a safe dietary supplement to consume together. They together defend patients from certain ailments as well. This is suitable for children and seniors of all ages. 

Recipe:

2 milk cups 

5-10 dates 

Dates wash and peel and grain. Break them into little pieces so they can be drunk or eaten quickly. Fill in the cut dates and cook for 15-20 minutes. Shrink to half the milk. You can even do it with dried dates, but for 1 hour you have to soak it in water. 

Kismish milk: It's very good for the heart and it helps soothe dry coughs, 

Ingredients:

Two to four kismish

A black pepper pinch 

1 cup of dairy 

Sprinkle the munnaka 1 hour in water. Take the seeds away and put them in boiling milk. Add a black pepper pinch to that. For 5 minutes, let it simmer. Milk is drinking ready. 

These are just a few of the advantages for the warm and delicious milk mentioned, but they are full of lots of nutrition.
